All parties are booked in our Southside studio and are guided by me - Katy! I’m a real artist and art educator who makes pottery easy and fun, from start to finish.

First, you secure your date and choose your project.
Review all of our party packages below, then fill out the web form, and Katy will be in touch within a few days to confirm.
Next, let’s discuss themes, ideas and what your decorating plans are!
And then it’s party time!
Arrive with your favorite people and settle into the studio. Pour a drink, get pics and get comfortable!
Next, I’ll guide you through your ceramic piece in a way that feels relaxed and doable.
You’ll shape, smooth, and create something personal and unique.
After the laughter and the group photos, I take care of the technical finishing — glazing and firing each piece with care.
A few weeks later, your organizer picks up a box of finished work that brings the whole night back again.

The Keepsake Party
A relaxed, creative night built around simple & fun to make pieces.
This is a great fit if you want something light and easy for everyone to enjoy!
Projects may include earrings, ornaments, or small catch-all dishes designed to feel modern and personal without being complicated.

Keepsake Party project options:
Earring Workshop
You’ll design, shape, form and glaze two pairs of earrings, all crafted by you!
Choose minimalist studs, bold statement hoops or create a mixture of the two – knowing that whatever you choose will end up being your favorite earrings for years to come.
Bowl Workshop
Create a handbuilt bowl using the pinch pot technique. These bowls will be designed with intention, by you.
Ornament Workshop
Add a personal touch to your home décor with a handmade porcelain ornament! In this workshop, you’ll create an ornament then explore the art of sgraffito—a decorating technique where you’ll apply colorful underglazes and then carve designs through the surface to reveal crisp, eye-catching patterns.

The Signature Party
Our most popular option, and the one that gives you a larger more detailed piece.
This is where the night starts to feel a little more elevated. You’ll create a functional piece, with more detail and a finished result you’ll love.
Projects may include bud vases, candle holders, or planters.

Pricing starts at $450 for up to 5 people, additional participants may be added for $85 per person, up to 14 people total.
Signature Party project options:
Bud Vase
Workshop
Shape something small, detailed, and entirely your own. In this session, you’ll slow down and work with your hands, forming and carving porcelain into a bud vase that feels personal from the first touch to the final detail.
You’ll smile every time you look at this piece of art that YOU created!
Planter
Workshop
Create a home for something living. You’ll design and build your own porcelain planter (hanging or tabletop), then carve in details that make it distinctly yours.
It’s a little more expressive, a little more playful, and when you’re done, you’ll have a piece that grows with you.
There’s something grounding about making an object meant for light. You’ll build your own candleholder, shaping, assembling, and adding texture as you go!
Every time you light a candle in this holder, you’ll be reminded of the fun you had creating it!

This option invites you into a more refined creative process, with larger-scale forms, advanced details, and projects that feels both functional and artful.
Projects may include mugs or travel mugs.

Travel Mug Workshop
Let’s hand-build a porcelain travel mug from scratch — no experience necessary.
Once your mug is built, you’ll have the chance to decorate it with underglazes, adding color, patterns, or even illustrations to create a piece that’s uniquely yours.
Mug Workshop
Design, form and carve your own hand-built porcelain mug from scratch; no experience necessary. I’ll guide you all the way through the entire creative process (even the handle!)
The end result will be your favorite mug that only YOU get to use!
